According to SOHH, I guess Nasty Nas has chosen a name for his upcoming album, and it will be called…“N*gga”. I hope and pray that this will be the rumored Nas album that’s produced entirely by Dj Premier.* When it comes down to it, it doesn’t really matter what it’s called, it can be called “Donkey Punch Roman Shower” for all I care. As long as it’s produced by Primo, i’m down. Give me the Nas album i’ve been waiting for all my life, give me Nassir’s rhymes, give me Primo’s beats, give me ONE album. Give me the return of New York hip hop. Bring Hip Hop back home.
*I know it won’t be, but one can dream right?

SOHH reported that according to Def Jam, Nas’ upcoming album will NOT be called “Nigga”. “L.A.” Reid asked: “How would that look at Walmart?”

Hiphopdx is reporting that Nas has changed the controversial name of his upcoming album titled “Nigga”, will now be called “Nigger”. Nas has also said that he has not heard from Def Jam and their reported displeasure of the title.

“L.A. Reid Support, Sharpton Not So Much”
An article on MTV.com reported that Antonio L.A. Reid fully supports Nas’ choice of album title. Reid also added “We stand firmly behind and beside our artists with pride and with pleasure. Anything Nas wants to do, I completely stand beside him.”
